西村邸は、奈良町の一画に100年以上たたずむ、昔ながらの奈良町屋です。 ここは、ぼくが子どもの頃、長い時間を過ごした「おばあちゃんち」でした。 奈良町には、ずっと変わらない心地よい鄙(ひな)びがあります。 「これからの世代に、少しでもこの心地よい鄙(ひな)びにふれて欲しい。」 そんな想いで、空き家になっていた西村邸を、手入れしました。 - Nishimura-Tei is originally a traditional Japanese house which has been here in Nara-machi town over 100 years, where my grandmother used to live in. My mother and I decided to renovate this house to preserve and pass down the virtue of good old days in Japan to the next generation as well as to show it to you.

Check-in time is from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm. Due to other work commitments, I can't accept check-ins after 5pm, but I will do my best to accommodate check-ins before 2pm Check-in is not possible on July 15th (Wednesday), July 16th (Thursday), Sundays．(Staying and check-out possible) This is a guest house that is a 100-year-old Japanese traditional house that I renovated myself. The old house is 300㎡ and the field is 300㎡. Recommended for couples, solo travelers, and families.

You can enjoy Japanese Traditional Room with Tatami-mat. The room has four sets of futon (sleeping mat) It is perfect for couples, families with children and pets, group activities and event attendance. If children are accompanied, 5guests can be sleep in this room which has 10 "tatami mats". It can be used for 5people with 4guests and one child.

Nice and quiet Japanese traditional house close to Todaiji temple and deer park. You can go for a walk around the park in early morning, which you could experience a peaceful beginning of a new day! There are also cozy cafe around the house for lunch, so you can also have a lazy morning and grab an early lunch there.
