The living room has a gas fireplace, desk, flat screen TV, sofa and bath. A spiral staircase leads you to the upper level which has a queen size bed, vanity, reading chair and armoire. Private deck with ocean views of the Pell Bridge and Newport. Cottage is located on property adjacent to Host Home so privacy limited.

This is a 1,400 sq ft private in-law apartment with your own locked entrance completely separate from the house. The 1st floor has two bedrooms with new queen beds and a full bath. The 2nd floor has a full kitchen, pull out couch, full bath and room for an inflatable bed. Child and dog friendly with pack n play and water bowls on hand. It's on the lower level of an owner-occupied home (I live on the other side of the house). The patio borders a wooded area surrounded by lush, green landscaping. Waterfront on Potters Pond. Steps from the world famous Matunuck Oyster Bar. Great for a weekend getaway or to settle in and explore the area. We are a 5 minute walk to East Matunuck State Beach. High ceilings/open floor plan make this tiny house feel much bigger than it is. His & hers sinks in the bathroom and an amazing shower! There's no better place to sit & enjoy a sunset on the front porch.
