The February room is located within the beautifully restored Cranford building. The building has been a staple of downtown architecture since its construction in 1905. In 2013, the building underwent a massive preservation and revitalization, earning national recognition for its historic preservation. The room boasts over 1200 sq/ft, 3 bedrooms, all wood floors, stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, large windows with plantation shutters, and is walking distance to all of downtown.

Other architectural features include original exposed beams, brick walls, and the entire space is wrapped in vintage creams and whites.
