River Bluff Cottage is perfect for two to three people. 800 square foot studio style cottage with a spiral staircase up to an open loft. It’s Convenient and Close to the St. John's River Boat Launch, to downtown and a short 20 minute drive to the Beach!! There are no pets, parties, or smoking of any kind allowed on or in the property and no parties are allowed. Please note: Another home is located on this property for Air BNB rental but it is far enough away that guests have their privacy.

2 story town home on Amelia Island, FL is just a quick 1.5 block walk to the beach. The pool and tennis courts are just steps away from the front door. Master with King-sized bed and Queen bed in second bedroom. Both bedrooms are upstairs, which is great for people who want to go to bed before other guests. There's a nice large deck to relax & listen to the water fountain in the adjacent pond. The condo is furnished with a full kitchen, washer and dryer, linens, chairs, cooler, pool toys, etc.
