Sunny and cozy apartment in Nea Smirni, a neighborhood half way between the city center and the Athenian seaside. The tram stop is just a minute away; hence you can easily access the public transport network for all your trips (to the sites, the beach, the airport etc.) The apartment is modest though comfortable and homely. All the rooms are open to a balcony with a lovely view and plenty of sunlight. There is an airconditioner in the living room and a powerful ceiling fan in the bedroom.

Bright and Relaxing Studio, on 6th floor, fully renovated in 2022 with a big private terrace area, in a safe and beautiful neighboorhood, 5 minutes away from Nea Smyrni Square on foot.There you can find many coffeteries, bars, restaurants and suvlaki.There is tram (Megalou Alexandrou) and a bus station (on Syggrou) about a 5 minute walk which can take you to the beach or the centre of Athens (around 15 minutes).You can also visit the Nea Smyrni grove, less than 10 minutes away on foot.

Very close to the city centre and well connected to the beachfront. A taste of real Athens, away from tourist traps. The neighbourhood is very lively, with a huge park, a lot of cafes, restaurants, cinemas, shops and bars. It’s a super safe and charming part of town.
