Casa Škitaconka - Family house

Our rustic house, exactly 100 years old, has been lovingly restored and thoughtfully designed in a modern style, while preserving its authentic Istrian character. For us, it is not just a house, but a place filled with stories, warmth, and soul — a place we are happy to share with you. Surrounded by nature, with a private pool and close to the sea, it is perfect for families and their pets. If you’re looking for a place to truly unwind and create lasting memories, our house is waiting for you.

Casa Molá

This unique place has a style of it's own, just renovated in 2024 from an old 1926 Istrian type stone house. The house features old-meets-new modern style dominated by local stone, concrete, oak and steel. For 2025 the house will be equiped with stunning black tile perimeter pool that overflows to all four sides. Casa Molá is located in a quiet area mostly surrounded by few houses and mostly nature, accessible to local natural pebble beach in just a 10-minute easy walk through a pine forest.

The house has two floors, a kitchen and a living room are together (cca 50 m2), 2 bathrooms with shower, there is an air conditioning on both flors, downstairs are 3 bedrooms. A terrace 130 m2, shower, grill, dining place, sunbathing area... Facilities: a fan, an iron, a coffee maker, toaster, stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, wifi, sat tv, radio -10 min to center of Mali Lošinj by walk -2 km to center of Veli Lošinj -beach 5 m

Hidden House Porta

Opustite se u ovom jedinstvenom smještaju ispod starih gradskih zidina koji je istovremeno na osami okružen prirodom i samo par minuta šetnje udaljen od gradskog centra i prekrasne plaže. Ova jedinstvena kuća za odmor nalazi se otprilike 150 metara od plaže i centra grada. Okružena je prirodom te ćete imati potreban mir za vaš odmor. Kuća se nalazi u udolini te su zbog toga noći ugodnije temperature. Također vam nudimo mogućnost besplatnog korištenja SUP-a i kajaka.

Villa Albina nalazi se u mirnom ruralnom području u mjestu Skrpčići na otoku Krku. Jedinstvena, renovirana na način da zadrži svoju autentičnost, s mnogo rustikalnih detalja. Kuća nudi vrlo romantično, toplo i ugodnu atmosferu Ovaj smještaj idealan je ako želite provesti odmor u prirodnom i opuštajućem okruženju. Uživajte u prekrasnom bazenu te prostranoj unutrašnjosti smještaja. Kuća je udaljena 1,2 km od mora, i restorana Ivinčić.

The ground floor of the house has a bathroom, a living room with a sofa bed, a kitchen, a dining room and access to the terrace and sundeck by the pool. On the upper floor there are four bedrooms with double beds and four bathrooms. Three bedrooms have access to a shared terrace with a beautiful view of the olive groves, mountains and the sea in the distance.
