Ons historische, rustig gelegen herenhuis is geheel off-grid en gerenoveerd met organische en duurzame materialen. Het beschikt over 3 grote en comfortabele habitaciones, elk met een goed geoutilleerde keuken, houtkachel en een moderne badkamer met douche, toilet, bidet of bad. Het mooie interieur bestaat grotendeels uit gerecyclede materialen. Voor ultieme basics en rust kun je verblijven in één van onze 6 natuurgrotten, voorzien van gemeenschappelijke douches, toiletten en een buitenkeuken.

Only 15 mins drive to the beautiful beaches that surround Mazarron port. Just 40 mins to the historic cities of Cartagena and Murcia. Within a 1hr drive of the beautiful mountains of Sierra Espuna. Airports: Alicante-1hr10mins, Murcia International-35mins. You will be greeted with a warm welcome to my villa, which has all the facilities for a fantastic stay.

Vous profiterez de la magnifique piscine (de mai à septembre) avec vue sur les magnifiques toits typiques de Cehegín. Dans un quartier calme piéton du centre historique, à deux pas des bars et des commerces, et à seulement 10 minutes de la voie verte où l'on peut se promener tranquillement ou à vélo, et qui mène à la côte de Murcie.

This fantastic villa is located in the hillside in a National Park, in Costa Calida - 7 minutes walk down to to the fantastic beaches It has an amazing view overlooking the beaches, the town, the mountains and the sea. The Villa has everything you could ask with 9 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, swimming, pool, terraces , outside & indoor kitchens, boule court, laundry++ Supermarkets and plenty of bars and restaurants are close by -or in Puerto de Mazarron 10 min away. A place to enjoy.

Beautiful Andalusian Villa with Waterpark styled Outdoor shower and swimming pool. Relax Outdoor furniture, BBQ and 17 ha of outdoor space to roam. The villa is located at the hillside of La Muela Grande and adjacent Sierra de Maria y Los Velez Natural Park with the best views of the valley. The house has Wi-Fi, huge Kitchen and fenced outdoor space for pets if needed. It has great shared Areas and 7 comfortable rooms with private bathroom.

Casa de la Montaña

House with unobstructed sea views, 200 meters from the beach. The house is ideally located, very quiet, and comfortable (renovated in 2022). There are stairs: four steps from the dining room to the living room, and the bedrooms/bathrooms are on the lower floor. Access between the parking area and the house is via a pedestrian path in good condition, but not suitable for people with reduced mobility (approximately 50 meters).

Het huis is een volledig gerenoveerde boerderij gelegen in het midden van de natuur met een prachtig uitzicht op de Sierra Espuña en de oevers van de Rio Pliego. Het huis is zeer kindvriendelijk, en zowel de omgeving als het zwembad zijn volledig afgesloten zodat kinderen in alle veiligheid in de tuin kunnen spelen. Om elk misverstand te vermijden vragen we 20€ extra per gast en per nacht als er meer dan 12 gasten zijn.
