I will personally welcome you to check inn and show you everything in the apartment and explain. It is completely your apartment for your stay. Please respect with the apartment as well as neighbors respectful and quiet. The apartment is a non smoking apartment and no parties are allowed. I live in the same house opposite and am always reachable if there are any questions or problems. The subway U8 Schönleinstrasse is 3 minutes away on foot. The subway U1 / U3 Kottbusser Tor is 5 minutes away on foot. With these two subway you can quickly reach Berlin (Alexanderplatz, Mitte, Prenzlauer Berg, Friedrichshein). Grocery shopping is right around the corner of the apartment (Lidl / Netto supermarket), as well as the famous Turkish market on Maybachufer. Just around the corner is the Graefestrasse. In this there are numerous cafes and restaurants around for day or evening to enjoy. The Admiralsbrücke (2min) is a popular meeting place and a central place to meet and listen to street musicians. Within walking distance you can quickly over Kottbusser Damm Hermannplatz, the Hassenheide and the Tempelhofes field is as a recreation area within walking distance. Just as exciting Neukölln is the Schillerpromenade (with the U-8 two stops) with its bars and restaurants. Es ist komplett dein Apartment für deinen Aufenthalt. Bitte gehe mit dem Apartment wie mit denn Nachbarn Respekt voll und ruhig um. Das Apartment ist ein Nichtraucher Apartment und es sind keine Partys gestattet. Ich lebe im selben Haus gegenüber und bin immer zu erreichen, wenn es fragen oder Probleme geben sollte. Cosy, well situated and clean apartment

Hi guys, my cosy, well situated & clean apartment is close to the hot spots Friedrichshain, Kreuzberg & Neukölln and situated directly at the Treptower Park, for recreational reasons. Supermarkets and public transport are within walking distance, the neighborhood is quiet and clean and on my balcony you can enjoy your sun downer, chill or even fire up the grill. I am working as a freelance producer, therefore on the road a lot but always happy, to come back home to my "little retreat".

The flat is conveniently connected by public transport to the rest of the city and within 5 minutes walking distance from both U8 and Ringbahn (S41, S42, S45, S46).

Cozy maisonette apartment

This newly refurbished two-floor flat in Neukölln, near Maybachufer, is remarkably quiet yet closed to various restaurants, bars and markets. The apartment spans 70m2 and features a kitchen, a bathroom, and a combined living and sleeping room on the first level (4th floor). The attic level (5th floor) has an open working space, a bathroom with a bathtub, and a bedroom. It is filled with natural light, and well-suited for shared living arrangements. There is no lift.

Maybach Apartment - Location. Design. Comfort

Located on the canal with direct view to the water. The bedroom/workspace are located at the back and are very quiet. Kreuzberg is one of the city's most lively areas. A street market takes place directly in front of the apartment on Tuesdays and Fridays with fresh fruit and vegetables as well as ready made food while on Saturdays you can buy all sorts of handicraft. Kottbusser Tor station (5 minute walk) connects north, south, east and west without the need to change.

Welcome to my very bright top floor apartment (4th floor) with a south-facing balcony overlooking the Teltow Canal. Two rooms of the same size, a fully equipped kitchen and a large, bright bathroom & bathtub (including washing machine) offer space for max. 4 people. You will find a bed for two in the bedroom, and a comfortable sofa bed for two in the living room, which leads to the balcony. Wlan connection and coffee and (bio) milk in the morning are provided.
