Comfortable, dog-friendly steading conversion

Coshelly Steading is on the edge of Rothienorman, a village with a pub, a Chinese, an excellent Morrisons Daily shop and a Zero Waste shop, all about 10 minutes walk from the house. It is a newly converted steading, attached to our house and surrounded by fields. Plenty of parking, WiFi, TV etc. Dogs are welcome. There are mountains, the coast and many castles, all within easy driving distance and plenty of pleasant walks nearby. Free range eggs from our chickens, when they are in the mood.

Bell View Cottage

This unique place has a style all its own. Small but open space detached cottage in the heart of the quaint fishing village of Gardenstown. Bell View offers a quiet get away in a comfortable space only newly renovated in 2023/24. All your home comforts under one roof. One double room with the option of another double within the front room if 4 guests were to stay. A modern kitchen and shower room. Tv, wifi, washing machine, dishwasher and even a small garden also provided within this space.

Guthrie's Den, Banff. Coastal, sea view retreat

Enjoy the beautiful, ever-changing views from your coastal town hideaway over Banff harbour and bay and across to Macduff. Chill out on the windowseat and just watch the waves roll in. Fresh milk, bread and a few treats await in the welcome pack. The kitchen is fully equipped, and there is lots of hot water for a relaxing bath or shower. There are books, games, fast broadband and Netflix. A short stroll takes you to your choice of two fantastic sandy beaches or in to historic Banff.

Door to the Shore - Seafront Cottages

Door to the Shore is a modern day equivalent of a Bothy made from upturned boats used by fisherfolk as housing, situated 2 meteres from the slipway into this ancient harbour in Pitullie named Craighaven harbour. It is a luxurious Eco Pod crafted in the style of an upturned boat made from Larch Wood. It has underfloor heating, , a wetroom, smart tv, wifi, surround sound, wireless phone charger and iPhone docking station, kitchenette and contains the finest in bedding and appliances.

This apartment is located on the west end of Banff overlooking Banff Links beach & surrounding coastline. Within walking distance of Banff Links beach, Banff Springs Hotel, both of which can be seen from the apartment. Banff sports centre/swimming pool is a 5min walk, Duff House Royal Golf Club and Duff House /Grounds is a 15min walk.

The Den

The Den is a stunning stone built 1 bedroom cottage finished and furnished to the highest standard offering a very comfortable stay for our guests. Set in a quiet rural location and within easy reach of Aberdeenshire’s many attractions makes it the perfect location for your getaway. The open plan kitchen / diner has a fully fitted modern kitchen. A full size single bed can also be added to the large bedroom to accommodate 3 guests. There is outside seating and patio area.

Forglen Estate-Forglen Lodge

The Lodge can sleep up to 6 people. It has a lovely Scottish heritage feel inside and lots of architectural character on the outside. The mantel for the open fire inside was made from elm wood grown on the estate and there is some history to be discovered about the external features . Puffin Cottage 21 Pennan

Puffin Cottage is a cosy former fisherman's cottage full of original features and character, with open fire, original wood panel walls and ceiling beams. The cottage it is nestled rests at the foot of grass-covered cliffs with the sea just yards away in the village of Pennan, made famous by the film Local Hero. Nochty Studio is a eco cabin located on the edge of the small village of Bellabeg in the Cairngorm National Park, in close proximity to Ballater, Braemar, Royal Deeside and on the edge of Moray. The Studio is on the east side of Glen Nochty enjoying open views of the Nochty River and the Doune of Invernochty. The village itself is a 5 minute walk away, with a local shop.
