Kandiyohi County Park 7 is 1 mile away with large swimming beach, life guards, play ground equipment, seasonal convenient store, and boat rentals. New London/ Spicer area is an easy 15 minute drive with boutique shops and dinning options.

Sunnyside Manor

Unique home located on the Crow River, walking distance to downtown New London with shopping, coffee, restaurants and a brewery. The property has a fire pit and dock and you can watch the New London water ski show from the dock. The home was built in 1912 as a hospital (Sunnyside Hospital) but has been converted into a comfortable and fun place to gather friends and family. Part of the yard is completely fenced in. Features a large deck with amazing river views to watch the local wildlife.

Come alone, bring your spouse, friend or child. It's a perfect spiritual retreat located 45 min west of MSP Airport.

The perfect solution for cabin fever! This romantic & private log cabin overlooks beautiful Diamond lake. Two queen size beds, one is adjustable w/massage. Hand-hewn rock gas fireplace, massage chair, fully stocked modern kitchen, wifi, YouTube TV (local channels & espn) & streaming. Enjoy the gazebo & hot tub next to the cabin throughout the seasons. I live across the street & clean and sanitize, so I know it is done properly. Note: Optional (additional charge) game room available.

Treehouse (LOTR) Stargazer Skycabin

Our LOTR themed treehouse, along with our LOTR Wizard's Cottage, have been described as a "love letter to Tolkien himself." We have been featured on PBS and WJON radio. A manager lives on the acreage, about 200 ft. from the Wizard's Cottage and very far from the treehouse, which is located on the back part of the acreage. It has a fenced-in portion that makes up the Shire Garden. Down the hill is our nod to Mordor. Feel free to visit and dare to open the "Mor Do(o)r."

Brand new family vacation lake house on the east shore of Nest Lake. Whether jumping off the dock, kayaking around the islands, casting a line to catch that trophy fish, or lounging on the patio, you will have plenty of opportunities to soak up the sun during your stay! This basement apartment is large, comfortable and furnished with everything you'll need. It's close to Taunton Stadium and a mile from downtown. It's a little chilly, but the price is right and we the hosts live upstairs so we're close by in case of need. And you can park off the street!
