This apartment is available in a newly built home, perfect for Traveler Nurses, Residents, Medical students particularly due to its proximity to Richmond University Medical Center (RMCU). Also suitable for Professionals and Tourists. The room is fully furnished with a work space desk and aTV. There is a modern full bathroom, kitchen, laundry room. I, the host will be living in the building. We are located minutes away from several eateries, bars, grocery stores as well as several buses lines.

Our beautiful space is clean and new. It is Located in Sunset Park ( Industry City and Greenwood). It includes central heat and central air, a bathroom and an open kitchen. We are 5 minutes away from the train station and two stops away from Manhattan on the N and D trains. Charming Room has lots of light, it is large, 10 X13 ft. The room is furnished and includes a closet, desk, chair, linens, down comforter, nightstand, flowers, and a rug. We clean and tidy the room daily. We have cats.

You will be 10 minutes away from a boat ride to downtown NYC & a 20 minute car ride to Brooklyn via our beautiful Verrazano Bridge & 20 minutes by car to New Jersey.

Always something to fun to do here! The apartment is in a friendly urban neighborhood.
