Our place is unlike any other on the lake! The home is fully stocked and includes kayaks, pedal boat and lilly pad for your enjoyment. We have a dock and firepit. You will have no need to go anywhere else while you are here, as Camp Q has so many things to offer. The outside kitchen has 2 grills and a fridge. You’ll love my place because of the outdoors space, and the ambiance. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), big groups, and furry friends (pets).

Welcome to Lake Cottage in Chapin, located 10 minutes from downtown Chapin. This charming lakefront retreat was recently renovated and located in a protective quiet cove with a private dock, beach, kayaks, paddle board, and fire pit. Perfect location to access all parts of the lake. You can enjoy this cozy cottage that has a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable living space, and large deck. Bring your boat and enjoy a wonderful day of fishing or cruising around the beautiful lake.

Boat House

One King bed, 1 one queen bed. Sleeps 4 very nicely and feels very spacious. 1- Hall bathroom with a full shower and small den area & nicely stocked kitchen. Large deck overlooking the lake. Deep water at the dock, approx. 10 feet at the dock. Sit on the porch overlooking the lake and enjoy. Owner lives on property but in separate house. Guest stay in the guest house on the property. Owner has pets on premises, so no other pets allowed!

On Lake Time

4 Bedroom 7 beds and 2 bathroom Lake Retreat on Lake Murray. Huge front porch and backyard screened in porch overlooking Lake Murray, with grills, overlooking lake to watch the Sunset. Steps away is huge dock with 10 feet of water at end of dock, with ladder for swimming or parking boats, private boat landing for launching boat, that is concrete out past dock , and have 3 kayaks on property, and may floats for floating at private dock.

Enjoy some R&R in our family-owned private cottage with plenty of outdoor activities and amenities, there is something for everyone! The cottage is located near the old Buffalo Creek Marina and Restaurant now called Martin’s Landing. It's just minutes away from Newberry and Chapin, about 10 minutes from Dreher Island State Park, and less than 5 minutes to the public boat launch. There is one queen bed and two twin beds with trundles.
