We Love our little “Salty Girl!”. She is a 2 bedrooms 1 bath family friendly open concept single family home with parking for 2 cars. The spacious deck off the back of the house has a table and a sectional outdoor sofa for enjoying the breeze and the sun! 3-5 minute walk to the beach or a 1 minute walk over the The Basin for the most unbelievable sunsets. Downtown Newburyport is a 10 minute drive or a 20 minute bike ride. We are licensed and inspected by the city of Newburyport as a legal STR.

Peaceful Plum Island cottage, renovated fall of 2018 and 2023 with New England coastal charm. Open floor plan and water views of the marsh, a short 3 minute walk to the beach. Welcome to 'The Little House' on Plum Island. This cozy cottage is situated on the basin side of the island and is just a short 5 minute walk from the beach. While offering a peaceful setting for a relaxing getaway, The Little House is just a mile from Plum Island restaurants and a 10 minute drive from downtown Newburyport. The space is well appointed with 2 bedrooms, a kitchen, living room and a great patio set up for dining and entertainment. Come unwind and enjoy the beauty of Plum Island.

My Dream house with views of the marsh and sunset

Our rental space has two bedrooms, living room, full bath and a mini kitchen. There is a full deck across the front of the house and a large patio off the bedrooms which is accessed though the sliders in each bedroom. This is all private space for our guests. The views from the front deck are of the great marsh along with the beautiful sunsets. With the Two bedrooms one with a queen size bed and the other with full size bed the house can have 2 to 4 people depending on sleeping arrangements.

Parker River House Two Bedroom

This is a private two bedroom one bathroom second floor suite in the owner occupied Tudor style Parker River House. Minutes from downtown Newburyport, the train to Boston, The Governor’s Academy and many outdoor recreational opportunities, the unit overlooks the Parker River and the Great Marsh. It offers a seasonal sleeping porch, a luxurious marble bathroom, large outside deck with a dining table, in unit laundry, refrigerator, microwave and Keurig. Private entrance and adjacent parking.
