It’s the upstairs cottage apartment with tall windows giving you a view to the Live Oak trees canopying together. The one by the cottage is 200 +years old!! Charming and cozy place to relax or work! Living room windows are tinted for privacy. Comfy bed and all the bedding is cleaned in between guests. There are plenty of towels, linens, and the essentials you need to be comfortable. This three bedroom, two bathroom house with front and back covered porches sits under a tree hammock and is just a short walk to the river and a quick drive to parks, rivers, beaches, and Tallahassee. This spacious, private home offers the perfect space for a getaway and is ideally located to explore the unique, rich, natural resources of North Florida.
