The Sassy Stone house, a quaint space that is full of character from top to bottom, was once a Wine Bar and Coffee shop it has now has been converted back to a charming rental space. The home is centrally located in Clarkston, next to Tri-State Hospital and not far from any place in the LC Valley. The house has two sleeping areas. The kitchen is fully stocked. Fully stocked kitchen, Wi-Fi, Washer/Dryer downstairs, a/c and heat, keypad entry. You will have access to entire place besides the downstairs supply closet under the stairs. Patio has a dining table and seating area.
