This is the hidden entrance to Kumano Kodo, ``Kuchikuma no'' In this area, which most people pass by without knowing about it, there is the world heritage site ``Inabane Oji'' and in front of it is ``Mizugo Riba''. It was believed that mizugori would purify past sins and impurities, and even retired emperors would walk across the Tonda River in the Middle Ages. MIZUGORI-SOU is located near such a place.
