Waterviews! This 1 bedroom apt has a new “purple”mattress, above our detached garage in classic Maine waterfront neighborhood. Next door to the iconic Town Landing Market and Town Landing pier/beach. In beautiful Falmouth Foreside neighborhood. Walkable to Dockside Restaurant and marina, and 10 minute drive or bus to downtown Portland. 20 minute drive to Freeport shopping. We only accept well- behaved and house- trained dogs, no other pets are allowed for a fee of $75.00 per dog per stay.

Overlooking Kennebec River, Riverside is a perfect setting. Open 365 days per year; 2BR, 1 BA, kitchen, DR/common area. Situates 6 comfortably, 8 with use of floor mattresses. Renovated, open concept, our home is wheelchair accessible with a wide range of amenities for disabled. We accept Service dogs and will consider family dogs and other pets on a case-by-case; please ask. Owners reside on property in separate building. Outdoor trail cameras in use to monitor exterior of residence only.

The suite is newly renovated with off street parking and a private entrance - Pet friendly! We have all the amenities you’ll need for your vacation including heatpumps in each room as the nights get colder. Set in a peaceful neighborhood, 10 mins to beach, 15 to pier and Old Orchard street. Off leash allowed at all times on the beach!
