Sandy feet retreat Caister-on-Sea is a brand new bungalow finished September 2020, unlike most holiday lets this has been specifically built and designed for all your holiday needs. We have kept a light modern funky space and a beach feel throughout the build which extends to the garden . It has a completely private garden so not overlooked to enjoy maximum privacy on your holiday.All our doorways, bathroom and access are suitable for wheelchairs. We have underfloor heating and all pets welcome.

Two former stock carriages have been joined together by a master craftsman turning them into this stylish cabin with a generous luxury bathroom connecting the kitchenette/bedroom and lounge/bedroom. Life here is about inside/outside living with a beautiful outlook over fields and plenty of grass for the children to play.

This is a peaceful, remote position, and we treasure the space, nature and peace we’re surrounded by - and hope you will too. The Shack has been built, fitted and furnished using up-cycled, re-cycled, reclaimed, new, old, vintage, shabby, retro, re-purposed or anything different or quirky. We’re constantly adding to it. No telly. Limited WiFi. Time out, guaranteed.

Crossing Retreat is a timber clad modern barn which has been renovated to give guests a taste of the countryside with a quirky twist. The large bi-folding doors along one side of the Retreat allow guests to open up their living space to the outdoors, perfect for those warm evenings. In the cooler months it provides a great source of light, enabling guests to take in the surrounding fields which provide lovely views. The projector and pool table are super additions to keep you entertained.

Your young child/ren too can experience glamping, we can set up a chair bed with a mattress topper for a cosy stay. Den building in the meadow will be a delight as they embrace nature around them. Bodney Park Cottage is an incredibly romantic and special getaway. Set on a private estate in rural Norfolk, the cottage has been recently restored to the highest standards, with underfloor heating and top quality amenities throughout. The cedar wood burning hot tub also offers guests the chance to enjoy incredible stargazing at night before cuddling up by the cosy fire.
