Cozy cottage in Siika-Kämä, nice village between Ranua Zoo (40 min) and Rovaniemi City (45 min) in the middle of amazing Lappish countryside in private and safe area. Owners live near to the cottage and are more than happy to help you to have a memorable stay! A beautiful lake (only 20m), where you can enjoy both winter and summer. Activities in accommodation: Ice-fishing, snow-shoeing, snowmobilerides or rent it! You need to have a car to get here, it takes 45 minutes from Rovaniemi city.

Talvisin joen jäältä löydät kalastuspaikkoja hiihtoladut, paljon kävelyreittejä sekä kelkkailu-uria. Kesäisin voit nauttia uimisesta veneilystä tai kalastuksesta Rannassa oma laituri veneellesi. Voit myös käyttää paikallisen yrityksen Iislandin tarjoamia elämyspalveluita, jotka sijaitsevat aivan lähellä.

Lakeside Pines Cabin

The Finnish nature is one of our most excellent resources, providing an abundance of beauty and fresh, clean air. This is a log cabin with a lakeside view located 21 km from Kuhmo town and 130 km from Kajaani Airport. It features a sauna cabin, two bedrooms, and a living room with a kitchen. There is also a BBQ area in the front yard. Local wildlife centers offer wildlife tours, which can be booked through the Wildtaiga site. Prices for bear hide tours can be found on the BearCentre website.

Rantamökki Airola

Tilava rantamökki, jossa majoitus alakerrassa kolmelle henkilölle. Lisäksi yläkerta käytössä kesäisin, jossa majoitustilaa yhdeksälle henkilölle. Rantasauna jossa hyvä uimaranta ja iso laituri. Lisätilaa kahdelle ranta-aitassa. Rannalla käytettävissä soutuvene, SUP-lauta sekä kaasugrilli ja muurattu grilli. Laavulle 2km pääsee patikoiden, tai autolla loppumatka 400m patikoiden. Laavulla makkaranpaistomahdollisuus ja nokipannukahvin keittoon. (ota vesi mukaan). Talvisin hyvä latuverkosto.

Villa Männikkö

Rauhallisella paikalla sijaitseva mökkimajoitus Siikalatvan Pulkkilassa vain 2,5 km nelostieltä mäntymetsän ympäröimänä. 2 makuuhuonetta, olohuone, keittiö ja vasta remontoidut wc, khh, suihku-ja saunatilat. Tiellä saattaa kulkea ratsukoita, hidastathan kohdatessa. Lähimpään kauppaan n.3 km. Kiinteistössä ei ole sähköauton latausasemaa tai mahdollisuutta ladata sähköautoa. Autoa ei saa ladata ulkopistorasiasta. Pulkkilan ABC sijaitsee lähellä ja siellä on hyvät latausmahdollisuudet.

Siisti mökki Iijoen rannassa

Mökki sijaitsee omassa rauhassa Iijoen rannassa. Mökkiin mahtuu 1-3 hlo. Soutuvene, uinti -ja kalastusmahdollisuus. Ylirannan ratsutila 6 km, Iin keskusta 11 km. Mökissä takka ja erillinen puulämmitteinen sauna. Mökissä on hyvin varusteltu keittiö ja petivaatteet. Polttopuut sis. hintaan. Liinavaatteet lisähintaan 10€/hlö.Lemmikit sopimuksen mukaan 10 €/majoit. Palju tai ulkoporeallas lisähintaan 100€. Vuokraajan tulee tehdä loppusiivous. Tekemättömästä siivouksesta perimme 80€ .

Charming cottage with all the amenities on a large plot. The distance to the center of Rovaniemi is only about 25 km. The distance to Santa Claus Village or the airport is also about 25 km. No public transport. The roads are well maintained even in winter. The cottage is easy to get to. If you wish, transportation can be arranged by Mercedes Benz Vito car for an additional fee. Talossa on kaksi makuuhuonetta (toisessa parisänky ja toisessa kerrossänky), sekä levitettävä sohva olohuoneessa, keittiö on varusteltu pidempäänkin asumiseen, lisäksi asunnossa on sauna ja terassi.
