Gas fire pit for those cool evenings on the dock. 2 kayaks .High speed internet. Desk available if need a workspace. Minutes to beach. Max 2 guest. No boats or jet skis and no visitors allowed at anytime during your stay. Linens provided. Boat is docked there when not in use as in the third pic.

Our cottage is back up for vacation rental! It's minutes from Surf City and our favorite stomping grounds. We have great restaurants, grocery stores, and breweries all within a short drive. Sandpiper Brewing is walking distance. The Surf City Skate Park is one of our favorite spots as well now that we have kids in the area. Be sure to visit Topsail Island for a day on the beach and end your day at our favorite go-to spots - Surf City Smash and Hidden Ships Distillery. You might see us there!

The house has a newly renovated bathroom and comes with an outdoor shower with hot and cold water. The backyard is shaded by live oaks. Ideal for a beach getaway and is located just 3 miles from the bridge.
