The local area is full to the brim of things to do and see. We are a 15 minute drive from Newcastle city centre. The rental is super cosy, immaculately cleaned and safe. A perfect base to explore all that Tynemouth and Northumberland has to offer. One of the rare properties in the area with free parking and garage space.

Preston village lies 1.1 mile inland from the beautiful Tynemouth longsands, between Whitley Bay and Tynemouth. Only a mile to a metro station giving access to the cities of Newcastle, Gateshead etc. The south facing high walled garden has a wood fired hot tub for all 5 guests to unwind and relax. (Fuel not supplied) The compact layout has been sympathetically modernised to suite today's lifestyle.

This is a quiet residential location, therefore not suitable for stag/hens or similar types of bookings. Access is via a set of stairs so not suitable for anyone who requires level access. Parking is available and there is easy access to motorways both north and south.
