Set on half an acre of gardens overlooking York, Sunny Hill offers you a breath of fresh country air in a relaxed, beautiful home full of charm, warmth and wonder. Carefully restored to its perfectly imperfect self, Sunny Hill offers you the space to slow down and relax. Wonderful gardens, beautiful rooms, a cosy fire, parlour games, sunsets over Mount Brown - you'll find many ways to enjoy this original beauty.

Cottage Hideaway in Brigadoon

Relax and enjoy the peace and tranquility in the beautiful cottage on our 13-acre property where kangaroos roam freely and occasionally you might see an echidna. Wild ducks and long neck turtles live in our dam, which during the winter months overflows and cascades down the hill into a roaring waterfall which can be heard from the cottage. There is an abundance of birds; kookaburras, galahs, magpies, parrots, blue wrens to name just a few. Our property is NOT suitable for children or infants.

Luigi's Place - sleeps six in comfort

Quirky comfortable cottage that sleeps six in airconditioned comfort. Free wifi, wide driveway, equipped galley kitchen, two smart tv's, welcome pack. All linen including towels provided. Please note: the toilet is outside (literally two steps out of the house, under cover), infrequent train noise, steps and a small staircase in the house. No washing machine or dryer. Please do not advertise on social media for a local babysitter to stay at the house, airbnb will cancel your booking.
