A cute studio apartment in the basement of a newly renovated home. Guests have a private entrance with their own private bathroom. You also have use of a full-size washer and dryer. Other amenities include an honor bar stocked with beer and wine, an arcade style game with over 200 popular titles including Ms. Pac Man, and coffee/tea. Please note that we live upstairs, but the space is private. It is separated by a stairwell and a locking door. It is comparable to a hotel room, but nicer.

Located just 2.5 blocks to the NoMa Metro Station and Union Market, a short walk to Union Station, the US Capitol and National Mall and all of the Museums. The apartment is surrounded by some of the best restaurants, bars, cafes and shops all within a 5 minute walk. This studio apartment has a ground level walkout entrance and access to a shared roof deck, private full kitchen, washer and dryer, bathroom, queen bed and fold out couch. A bifold door opens out to the back garden.

Our home has a fully equipped kitchen, laundry, dryer, exclusive access, and convenient amenities.

A modern apartment that has been renovated and located in a residential area, complete with all the essentials, such as a Sleep Number bed, a memory foam pull out sofa, TV, WIFI, and a fully equipped kitchen. Located by hipster H St. corridor with great restaurants, coffee shops, bars, Whole Foods, and Atlas Theater. Union Station: 20 minute walk to the U.S. Capitol and Union Station are within walking distance. Union Market and Eastern Markets are close by.

Gracie's Place on Capitol Hill

Furnished suite in a Capitol Hill/H Street/Atlas District home consisting of the entire third floor: master bedroom with queen bed, walk-in closet, dining table, and kitchenette. The second room has a twin bed and cable TV and a desk. Spacious full bath. This is not a separate unit, we live on the lower two floors. We have a small Lab mix who might bark initially but then loves everyone. The stairs are blocked as she is not permitted in the guest suite.

Our place is close to everything you need: -4 blocks to the trendy Union Market (lots of restaurants!) -3 blocks to Whole Foods -12 min walk to Union Station -20 min walk to Cap Hill -1/2 block to Cap Bike Share Note: As of March 2025, a new school is being built behind our house so there is construction noise from 7 AM-4 PM weekdays.
