Oh, and the fishing is fantastic! This rental includes the ENTIRE LOWER LEVEL of our waterfront home, and can sleep 6 adults! Please note that this is attached to our private residence but you have a completely separate entryway and 100% privacy!

The Tiger Den

The Tiger Den is a one bedroom, one bathroom basement apartment located between Anderson and Pendleton, South Carolina about six miles from I-85. We are 13 miles from Clemson's Memorial Stadium for Clemson football. We are a hop, skip, and a jump to Lake Hartwell, 6 miles to Brown Road Boat Ramp and 13 miles from Portman Marina for your fishing and boating needs. We are also 8 miles from downtown Pendleton, SC and 11 miles from downtown Anderson, SC both have local restaurants and shopping.

There’s a queen bed and also a CordaRoy beanbag (*bed #2) that opens up to a soft bed that sleeps 1 adult or two children.

Come stay at this newly renovated home 20 min. away from Clemson, 2 miles away from Downtown Anderson and Lake Hartwell is minutes away. The wide front porch allows plenty of room for lounging with a cup of coffee in the morning. This home has so much charm with its original refinished hardwood floors, gas log fireplace, and a fully equipped kitchen. Enjoy walking out to the large covered patio with a tv and fire pit perfect for entertaining or unwinding after a long day of activities.

This charming 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom cottage is nestled on a quaint family farm, just a 5-minute drive from Interstate 85, exits 32 and 27. Conveniently positioned between Greenville and Anderson, it's also only a 20-minute drive to Clemson from the cottage. Moreover, the cottage features a fenced yard, and pets are welcome!

The Cottage

Come relax and refresh in peaceful surroundings. Relax and unwind on the front porch. Experience tranquility as the sun sets and the frogs start croaking. You are welcome to cast a line in the pond to try your skill at fishing. Fishing poles are not provided. The cottage is private but still has convenience of Walmart and Oconee Memorial Hospital within a 5 minute drive. We are 13 miles from Clemson. Minimum age to book is 25 years of age.

Two bedroom, one and a half bath, two story apartment, minutes from the Clemson University, Anderson University, Southern Wesleyan Campuses, Hartwell Lake and Lake Keowee. Sleeps up to 8 guests, located on a working farm with views of the cows in the pasture and a great covered porch for watching beautiful sunsets and enjoying the sounds of the country all while witnessing the happenings on a diversified family farm.

Windmill Cottage

You’ll treasure your time at this cute little cottage. It is 295 sq feet and was built in 2023 at the edge of the woods on our property. It has a full kitchen, bedroom with a queen bed, bathroom and living room. It is perfect for one or two people, for either a quiet get-away in the country or for someone who is in town for work and is looking for a more extended stay. We offer discounts for weekly/monthly stays!
