Outside offers a completely fenced in yard, deck, patio and carport. Minutes away are the Eugene Airport, University of Oregon, local wineries, Fern Ridge Lake, hiking and the Oregon Coast.

We are conventional grass seed and hazelnut farmers who live next door and farm on the property. This home is nestled in a mature hazelnut orchard further surrounded by grass fields. All will enjoy the surrounding natural view, along with the various wild birds. On a lucky day the Spencer Creek Elk herd will make an appearance. Quick travel to fine food, great adult beverages, and Univ. of Oregon Ducks athletic events. Midway between the Coast and the mountains (1 hr each).

This quaint cottage provides a cozy stay with all the creature comforts. Wake up to the sound of birds while you relax with your morning coffee or tea on the covered porch or snuggle up with a good book by the fire. Come enjoy the beauty of the country! Guest check in time is 4pm and check out time is 11am. Non-smoking We do not allow large gatherings.

Welcome to the Lily Pad. This lovely pet friendly and fenced property is surrounded by gardens, meandering walkways, a huge covered pavilion facing a lovely koi lily pond with the music of a waterfall. Guests are welcome to use and enjoy all parts of this property. Come and enjoy my favorite place.
