The Guelph Depot

Come visit our historic 1887 train depot-this beautiful building has undergone a full-force renovation for guests to create memories to last a life time. The Depot is two stories w/ 2 bedrooms on the main floor and 2 bedrooms on the second story. The spacious dining room, kitchen and living room are open concept to enjoy easy entertaining & conversation, whether it be a bridal shower or hunting crew! A great place for large groups, with access to heated dog kennels and wild game cleaning shed.

Our lower level space is designed to provide you with everything you need! It’s cozy & clean! You’ll have free street parking, your own private entrance, bathroom, and kitchenette supplied with several small appliances. Storage space is also available. Self check-in with lockbox. Tall folk beware— this is a basement space! Ceilings are 79in. Bathroom is even shorter. For cat allergy sufferers— we do have cats on main floor but they’re never allowed in the guest space. This quiet modernized home with rustic charm of yesteryear is ready for your getaway. There are 2 bedroom and 2.5 bathrooms situated on three levels with sleeping for 6. The master bedroom is located in the basement and hosts a king size bed with attached bathroom. The main floor hosts the kitchen, dining, living and half bath. The living room sofa makes into a queen size bed. The upstairs has one bedroom with a queen size bed and deluxe bathroom with jetted tub and Keurig coffee maker.

Peace of Lake, Apartment suite, Pickerel Lake SD

Located at Pickerel Lake, one of the best clear-water lakes in northeast South Dakota, the apartment above our garage offers guests all-seasons year-round access for fishing, hunting, boating, and water recreation activities on Pickerel Lake and on other area lakes. From a keypadded shared entryway up 16 standard-incline steps to the apartment are two bedrooms, living room, full kitchen, full bath with shower, plus free parking outdoors including area for boat/trailer parking.

Droptine Lodge

New hunting lodge built in SE North Dakota. We are five miles from the SD border. Great public and private ground for ducks, geese, and pheasants. Lodge is next to Hyatt Slough and Sand Lake Wildlife Refuge. We are also a licensed outfitter in North Dakota. Mainly specialize in whitetail bowhunting. The Grand

Welcome to The Grand! This stylish 2-bedroom main floor apartment is a cozy retreat in a quiet neighborhood. Sleeps up to 5 with a queen bed + bunk bed (queen bottom, twin top). Relax in the inviting living room, enjoy your private deck with a grill, or unwind by the fire pit and tire swing. Don’t miss the fun "Harry Potter" closet! Close to Avera St. Luke’s & Sanford Hospital. Off-street parking for one vehicle. Pets are not allowed at this property.

The Dog House cabin

Great little cabin. Very new, 6 bunk beds, hide a bed sofa, kitchen and bath w/shower washer/dryer. On 3 acres w/heated breezeway for dogs or you can bring them in. Full stove and fridge and is right across the street form the Old Schoolhouse Bar where you can get pizza and drinks and meet local farmers to gain permission to hunt! Base of $90 per night, $30 per person per night for each guest over two. $60 cleaning fee at the end of your stay.
