Little Vista

You are going to stay in our small but cozy guest house in the middle of the country site in the village of Birdhill. Its a self contained guest house with a kitchen/living room, small double bedroom and bathroom. We are conveniently located only 10 min away from M7 motorway (exit 27), and 20 min away from Limerick City. Shannon airport 40 min drive. Killaloe/ Ballina which is located only 10min drive from our house is one of the most picturesque village attractions with plenty of restaurants.

The Old Brewery

Ideal for walkers, Glennagalliagh (Valley of the Hags) is situated on the East Clare Way. The sheltered valley is nestled in the foothills of the Slieve Bernagh Mountains with Clare's highest peak; Moylussa (532m) standing behind. We want to welcome you to our beautifully restored 2 storey 200 year old country lodge located 3 minutes drive from the pretty tourist village of Adare which is renowned for its thatched cottages, wide range of restaurants and pubs and a variety of shops and boutiques. This stand alone lodge is surrounded by its beautifully manicured lawns and gardens and has its own private entrance with ample parking. It is completely self contained and our guests will have complete privacy.

This self-catering house is cozy, warm and spacious. Electric gates at main entrance.The house is situated on a working Dairy farm, in a small picturesque village, Birdhill, Co.Tipperary. Only a 15 minutes drive to Limerick / University of Limerick. 20 minutes drive to The Crescent Shopping Centre. 7 minutes drive to the picturesque villages of Ballina/Killaloe. 15 minutes drive to Nenagh. 40 minutes drive to Shannon Airport. An ideal base to tour the mid-west region.

Charming 15th Century Castle

Built in the late 1400s, Grantstown Castle has been lovingly restored and mixes medieval architecture with modern comforts. The Castle Is Rented In Its Entirety and caters for up to Seven Guests. The castle is comprised of six floors, connected via a stone and oak spiral staircase. There are three double bedrooms and one single. The castle has great battlements which are accessible at the top of the staircase and host amazing views of the surrounding countryside.

Bluebell Cottage is a beautiful 200 year old home built by the Dunraven family of Adare Manor as accommodation for some of their servants. Located just a few yards outside the entrance gate to the award winning, world famous Adare Manor Hotel and Golf Resort. The cottage has been completely transformed in 2023 in to a beautiful luxurious home beside all the amenities that the charming village has to offer. Suitable for golfers, friends, couples or families.

Marina View is a beautiful oasis located on the Shannon in the vibrant village of Killaloe/Ballina. You can relax and read, watch a film, prepare meals, or just enjoy a glass of wine on the balcony. The village is a leisurely ten-minute walk away. There are many cafes, a French patisserie, numerous pubs with trad music and several restaurants along with two hotels. Killaloe also serves as a base for exploring Nenagh, Limerick and Galway.
