Chambls Shack provides wanderers with a slow stay, overlooking the sandy beach at Verona Sands. Chambls is a genuine shack experience, complete with 1970’s kitchen, open fireplace and light shades. Plenty of wobbly bits and sloping floors, but we’re watertight, warm and a whole load of fun. Situated 1 hour from Hobart via Huon or Channel, Chambls welcomes travellers who want to truly relax and revisit the 70’s in luxe linens, open fire and a bottle of red. The Hideout Cabin

Take yourselves away on a stunning waterfront nature retreat at this private, peaceful and stylish solar powered cabin in the middle of the Tasmanian wilderness. Set up for up to four adults, this gorgeous home offers waterfront views, two luxurious bedrooms, a large kitchen with a Glemgas 6 burner gas stove and oven, an indoor fireplace, coffee machine and a fire-pit for enjoying balmy evenings. Add an absolute abundance of wildlife, fishing and swimming and you have the perfect getaway!

The Cottage sits at the front of the property with a fenced off and completely separate Corner Peak Studio at the back of the property.

Enjoy the lovely setting of this romantic spot in nature. Listen to the ocean and the birds and enjoy glimpses of the magnificent sunrise and sunset across the bay to Freycinet and Schouten Island. We live next door, but the Studio has been positioned to ensure your privacy. You have your own beachfront spot to relax on a deckchair. Dolphin Sands is a beautiful beach and offers endless walking and swimming opportunities. Swansea is a 30 minute walk by beach or 10 minutes by car.

Black's Hut - Lakefront Cottage

Black's Hut sits on the shores of Lake Te Anau with expansive uninterrupted views of Fiordland. Built in 2022 with quality fixtures and furnishings, entertainment system and hot tub. Excellent unlimited wifi. Black's Hut has been specifically set up to accommodate adults with two separate bedrooms and bathrooms. Extremely private with extensive plantings. Bike track and reserve between the cottage and lake. Just a 15 minute walk along the lakefront to shops and cafes.

Our cosy and humble cabin - an old pickers hut from the farm's previous life as an apple orchard - is located in the stunning Huon Valley, with views across the stunning Huon River to the snow capped mountains of the Southwest. Just a few minutes from the charming village of Cygnet and its many great cafes and shops.
