There are a total of 3 large rooms and a spacious bathroom. The outdoor patio area for this space has seating and a daybed for enjoyment in the natural setting. Firepit 2 CAR MAXIMUM each booking.

Our Neoclassical home rests on a hillside acre among towering Georgia Pine. Read or watch movies in the library, (the fireplace works) gather in the sun porch, make yourself at home in the dining room, tell stories in the living room, or entertain on the back terraces, beside the Koi pond and waterfall. We have 3 full baths and 2 half baths. Note: The airbnb software isnt able to list 1/2 baths. Roku, free channels, feel free to login and use your personal streaming accounts.

Welcome to our home: PLEASE NOTE: HOME UGA FOOTBALL GAMES REQUIRE 2 NIGHT STAY. Guests have approximate 1200 sq ft. to relax in. Being as our guests are adults we ask that there are no parties. Our home is warm and accommodating. As much as we love our children and grandchildren, we are not set up to host guests younger than 12. PLEASE NOTE: IF ANY UNEXPECTED VISITOR SPENDS THE NIGHT, GUEST WILL BE ASSESSED $25 PER PERSON.
