Welcome to our home in Athens! Our home features 3 Bedrooms, 2 Baths, a large living area, and beautiful back porch ready for you to relax on. Conveniently located, we are a short drive to UGA's campus, Downtown Athens, Normaltown, and other surrounding areas. For those visiting for UGA football games, we are an easy 15 minute drive to Sanford Stadium. Downstairs is the master bedroom, master bath, living area, and kitchen. Upstairs you will find the other two bedrooms with a shared bathroom.

Cozy cottage apartment on a quiet, wooded lot in Normaltown, walking distance from funky bars and restaurants, and just under 2 miles from Sanford Stadium and the Georgia Theater. This one-bedroom, 1 bath, with kitchen and charming living area offers all you'll need for a quiet weekend or a longer stay. If you're traveling with kids, or just want to act like a kid, come play on our trampoline, soccer field or basketball court, walk the trail in the back woods, or cozy up around our fire pit.

Pet-Friendly Backyard Studio Retreat

Relax in our quiet townhouse retreat. *note: the bathroom is on the second floor. Downstairs is a living area with sofa bed and a queen-sized bed. It’s perfect for two guests but also great for children or three adults. Our converted garage uses space heaters in each area. Check the upstairs ledge for the heater/AC remote to control the window unit. Our kitchenette has only microwave available. NO OUTSIDE APPLIANCES ALLOWED. Upstairs is a large bathroom and listening area with turntable.

Located on a quiet street the heart of the Boulevard Historic District, you can walk to Downtown or Normaltown in just 10 minutes. This house has two bedrooms, eat-in kitchen, covered front porch and back deck. Wonderful neighborhood restaurants and yoga studio, and school with playground are just a block away. This is the perfect place to stay for friends, couples and families. Mature, well-behaved dogs (2 max) are allowed for an additional fee of $50, or $100 per week for longer stays.
