Our unit is located 1.5 mi from Clemson Univ. & 2.8 mi from Death Valley/Memorial Stadium! 1st fl condo used by our son, a Clemson grad. Now we are sharing our home away from home with you. It is simply furnished & decorated with the intent of making you feel relaxed and at home when visiting the Clemson area. Linens & kitchen necessities are provided. Every BR has protective coverings on the mattresses and pillows & each also has an en suite bathroom! Easy to get transportation to the campus.

Amenities include free parking, WiFi, pool access, in-unit washer/dryer, and courtyard. We are a corner unit located on the ground floor in our safe community.
