Two bedroom / one bath cabin on 100 ft of shoreline. Two twin beds, one king bed, and two pull out couches. Air conditioned, fireplace, and Wi-Fi. Parking with boat and RV hookups, private V-Dock dock with 8x8 sundeck and swimming ladder, firepit, free firewood, charcoal grill, and spacious yard for activities. Incredible fishing, a complimentary canoe, kayaks, and swimming with beautiful view and sunsets. Big Stone Lake on one side and wildlife/farm fields on the other...remote and comfortable.

Cabin #5-The Cottage

Tranquil getaway with home comforts including furnished kitchen w/appliances, Farm style seating for 4, reclining loveseat, queen bed, beautiful bathroom. Cute front porch, side patio w/table for six, portable firepit. Surrounded by trees/privacy fence. Available year-round. Queen bed, linens/towels. Housekeeping not provided unless the stay is more than one week.  At that time, we will clean the linens/towels & entire space & charge an additional $25.  Same weekly pattern for extended stays.

Located off the south shore of Big Stone Lake and 2 blocks from downtown Ortonville and Artie's Bait Shop.This property is the ideal location for lake visitors. Ample parking for ice houses, boats, recreational vehicles etc. Three bedrooms: 4 Queen +1 Full bed; 1.5 baths. Newly renovated, all new furnishings, appliances, mattresses, and linens. Large stocked kitchen with utensils, dishes, cookware. High speed wireless internet.

Cozy well equipped cabin on the South Dakota side of Big Stone Lake. 37 feet of shore line, minutes from dining, groceries, and Hartford Beach Recreation area. Guests will enjoy a private 40' dock and the location is a kayaker's and wildlife lover's paradise! Enjoy grilling on the over sized deck, take the 4 available kayaks (2 adult, 2 youth) out to explore the historic Big Stone Islands, or share a campfire in the firepit on the patio! Boat ramp very close to the cabin. Fiber internet!

Little Mill Road House

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. You can jump on a bike or take a walk on the tarred path located right across the road that leads into the Big Stone Refuge. Ortonville has Big Stone Lake great for fishing and our area is also awesome for hunting. We do allow pets but if left by themselves in the house please kennel them. There is one bedroom with a queen size bed and a murphy bed and futon in the living room. Plenty of parking for boats, trailers, etc.

SCL: Wild Turkey In Ortonville

Beautiful view and large backyard in a very quiet area make this home a great place to stay while visiting Ortonville/Big Stone Lake. The home gets it's name from the visiting groups of turkeys we often see in the backyard. This home offers 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can comfortably accommodate 7 guests. There is off the street parking, outdoor outlets, and a fish and game cleaning area in the garage (We ask that you take your fish/game scraps with you for disposal).

Sit along shoreline with a campfire or relax in your spacious living dinning room with multiple windows to view the lake!

3-Bedroom House on Lake Poinsett

Escape to the lake! Come out and relax with family and friends! Year-round enjoyment - swimming, open water fishing, kayaking, ice fishing, snowmobiling and more! You will have private access to the lake with a dock. The dock is generally in the water May through Labor Day. Note: There are several stairs required to get down to the dock. Boat ramp and shared public beach nearby. Inquire about floating water mat if interested (additional cost).

Entire residential home-Cozy Cottage

Adorable one bedroom cottage with an additional full-size sofa sleeper. Year-round rental house located on the inside of the peninsula. Because the Cozy Cottage is located on the inside of peninsula, there is no direct access to the lake; however, there is a public dock and lake access approximately two blocks away. Big Stone Lake has something for everyone.

Shorewood Castle -Lakeside Suite

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. The Lakeside Suite is about 1,000 sq. ft suite on the 2nd floor of this 120-yr-old brick home on Big Stone Lake. You'll have your own personal historic apartment with a lake facing deck and all the comforts of today. The sunsets are incredible and is only a short walk into downtown Ortonville, MN.
