All rooms have a view of the lake and the deck overlooks Dale Hollow. We are a mile from Wolf River Boat Dock. The suite is downstairs with a private entrance. There are walking paths that encompasses 3 acres on the property. The private deck has a fire pit for chilly mornings to enjoy coffee or relaxing evening. Art and book filled. Located in Bloomington Indiana. My 1920s bungalow includes two guest bedrooms with queen sized beds, down comforters, feather/down pillows, line curtains and private bathroom. The guest area also includes a garden porch, private entrance, living room and, dining area with microwave, small refrigerator and handmade maple table. NO KITCHEN. The bathroom is between the bedrooms and includes a Toto washlet bidet and EO toiletries.

Private suite on ground level of house (private entrance) in beautiful Park Hills. You have your own parking right next to your entrance.

Bellevue offers the simple pleasures of a small town (shops, restaurants, both beer and bourbon brewery) with the convenience of Cincinnati in walking distance: 2 miles to Great American Ball Park, a bit more to PayCor and TQL Stadiums, Cincy concert and OTR. 1 mile to Newport Levee, Aquarium and the new concert venue. Six miles to Riverbend. And there's a backyard city view.
