The ranch has views for miles and unbelievable sunsets! Cows and their calves munching on grass and huge trophy steers swaying their horns side to side as they follow the fence line. A frame cabin in the woods to get away from it all. It sits in the middle of the woods a 1/4 of a mile from anyone. Lots of trails to walk on and some set up for mountain biking. has around 15 acres for hunting (bow hunting only). Use of swimming pool at our house year around just have to let us know when you would like to swim. State parks nearby Dillon, Black hand gorge. other interests near by. Couple pizza shops will deliver and some other restaurants less than 10 miles away.

The Lux - tiny home w/ jacuzzi in Berlin

The Lux is our largest and most luxurious tiny home. At 32 foot long, it looks striking from a distance. The butterfly roof and accent walls give you a hint of what to expect when you walk in. The Lux has all the basics you’d expect for a luxurious stay: full bathroom with running water (not a composting toilet) a full kitchen, heat/AC, fast wifi & a memory foam queen size bed. But it’s what you wouldn’t expect in a tiny home that will get you.

Huge historic home. Fully renovated.

My wife and I bought this house at a sheriff sale. We didn’t buy it with our brain, we bought it with our heart. “How stupid was that” We couldn’t continue to watch this unique house continue its march toward too far gone to fix.
