The ground floor has a kitchen with a living room, and upstairs is a room with a bathroom. In front of the house is a place for rest and barbecue. Nearby is a church, playground, supermarket, pharmacy, bakery, restaurants, pizzeria and coffee place. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood and has secured parking. Apartment is located 30 meters from the beach, only the road is between the house and the beach. It is very large apartment in a big house in which me and my father live, but we are totally separated from apartments, you have your own covered parking spot, garden, terrace and a big terrace separated from the apartment, everything you can see on the pictures. Wi fi, smart tv, cabel tv, pets allowed because of big property and also barbecue, table tennis is at your disposal.Cheers and see ya!

Villa Marin - first row by the sea

Villa Marin is situated in the first row by the sea. Pool is 8x4x1,4 meters. You can enjoy beautiful blue sea from all rooms. In June 2017. was finished the complete reconstruction of the interior and exterior. There's a sofa in the living room which can become very comfortable place to sleep for two persons ( 200x160 cm ). There's one couple-bedroom ( 200x180 cm ). Each of other two bedroomshave two beds which can be separated as needed. The area of the villa and the enviroment is 600 m2.

Our studio is situated only 300m from the beach and 2km from the charming old town of Trogir, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Welcome. Villa Frida, located in the old town center of Okrug Gornji, is perfectly situated for a holiday stay for 2 people or small families. Within about 5 to 8 minutes, you can reach two beaches. One is called Coppacabana by the locals, where you'll find many Chiringuitos and a pebble beach. The other is on the back side of the island, with rocks and cliffs from which you can jump directly into the crystal-clear water.
