Our light and airy cottage was completed in 2014 & provides a spotless rural space perfect for a couple, small families or friends to come together for a memorable stay. 5 star amenities provided, you'd think you were in a hotel in the countryside! Come and say hello to our chickens, sample their delicious eggs over a lazy breakfast. Head out for a walk in the bucolic Vale of Belvoir, maybe take in a country pub, then home to cosy up in front of the log burner with some of our home-made cake 🍰

Relax in a beautiful 1 bedroom converted stable cottage. Private parking. Superb routes for car enthusiasts, cyclists, walkers & equestrian fans. Secure specialist parking/storage for a classic car or bicycles. Wonderful pubs, restaurants, country houses (routes & local knowledge on hand). Grimsthorpe Castle, Belton House, Langar Hall, Belvoir Castle, Long Clawson Dairy, Colston Bassett Dairy, The Martins Arms and Langar Skydive are all local. Fresh orchard apples when in season. All in grounds.

Beautiful Stable Cottage with log burner

This beautiful cottage is perfect for a countryside getaway. Located 8miles from the Rural Food Capital town of Melton Mowbray. The cottage boasts a through lounge and dining area, which consists of a sofa bed and a four-seat dining table, and cosy log fire. The bedroom has a comfortable kingsize bed with a wetroom ensuite. There is also a kitchen with a gas cooker, fridge and a washing machine. There is a lovely village pub just a 2min walk away and some beautiful countryside walks. No pets

The Old Stable, a secluded annex in Langar

A relaxing place to stay in the Vale of Belvoir for up to four guests. With country walks and great village pubs in the surrounding area and close proximity to Langar Hall Hotel. The Old Stable is attached to the main house but has it’s own entrance via a shared courtyard. It is a two bedroom home with ample parking available. We are within 15 minutes of The Engine Yard at Belvoir Castle and within 30 minutes from Melton Mowbray, Grantham and Nottingham. A perfect location for any getaway.

Cosy Countryside Cottage in village

Located in a small village with beautiful countryside views, this spacious, 150 year old character cottage is self-contained with a garden to the front and a courtyard to the rear. It has two bedrooms, a newly refurbished bathroom, beamed living room and spacious kitchen diner. The cottage is 7 miles north of Melton Mowbray on the Notts / Leics border. Originally converted from a barn in the 1850s, it has been recently refurbished to a high standard but still retains many original features.

The Barn is a rural retreat tucked away at the end of a quiet leafy lane in Colston Bassett in the heart of the beautiful Vale of Belvoir. Ideal for families, walkers, cyclists, gastro enthusiasts or perhaps those just looking to enjoy the peace and quiet of the countryside, The Barn is a brand new, hand-crafted home built by the architect owner who lives in The Old Farmhouse next door. We also welcome well behaved dogs (we just request a modest fee of £20 per dog per stay)

Just a 20 minute drive to Nottingham city centre, with Motorpoint arena, the City ground and Trent Bridge cricket ground even closer.

With a permenant double bed and the option of a second pull out double bed we cater for either a couple or group of four. Self catering facilities, a fully fitted shower room, a TV and WiFi combined with an extensive network of foot paths, bridle ways and national cycle routes makes our pods the perfect hub for your country escape.

Ivy Cottage is a former stable and is full of character. It has recently been fully refurbished but retains the charm of the countryside with ceiling beams and a beautiful brickwork wall. Thrussington is a beautiful village with a charming pub and a village store and tearoom. It’s popular with walkers and cyclists and the cottage is in a lovely quiet location.
