The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. The house is safely secured with an alarm system so your personal belongings are safe. It's 3 minutes away from town (driving). We can accommodate up to 6 people. We have a King bed in the 1st room, a queen bed in the second and a double bed in the 3rd room, we also have 2 extra mattresses. Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun.

Tower Studio

The 'Tower Studio' includes 2 rooms with a double bed upstairs and a single bed downstairs. The top room is filled with light and grants you an amazing view. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets can also be admired from up there. The studio has an integrated kitchen area and a separate bathroom.

Tree Studio

The Tree studio is the largest of our three live-in Studios (34 sqm). The kitchen area is nicely integrated and the bathroom is specially designed with a big shower and lots of light. There are Guava trees around the entrance of the flat, hence the title.
