You can cozy up to the fireplace in the living room on a cold night. There are two full bathrooms one on each floor. There is a large deck with many seats to view the beautiful sunsets each night. All bedding, blankets, towels, and paper products are included with your stay.

The Spencer is a comfortable 2 bedroom/2 bath apartment located on the relaxing south side of the bridge just walking distance over from Sylvan Beach and all the action ranging from not only a beautiful sandy beach, many family owned restaurants, a lovely carousel, the Lake House Casino, an old time amusement park and many shops. The State Park is just south in walking distance as well.

Oneida Lake Cabin: 5 beds, WiFi, parking (pets OK)

A bunkhouse/cabin on Oneida Lake, with lake access and a new dock (in season). The cabin has five single beds, a fridge and a large bathroom (with multiple sinks, toilets & warm showers). There is WiFi, a TV, radio, etc. Guests have used the cabin as a base for boating, fishing, snowmobiling, ice fishing, or as a peaceful place to stay while in the area for work. There is a BBQ grill and a large fire pit on the grounds for guest use.
