Our holiday home is located in Ždrelac, on the island of Pašman. You can come to us from Zadar Gaženica ferry port with ferry (25min), from Zadar old town with boat (20min) and from Biograd on the sea with ferry (20min). On our property, there are two houses (Jardin and Romarin) that share parking, garden with pool, jacuzzi and sauna during summer. Out of the season (from 15.9 till 1.6) you'll be alone and you'll have the whole place for yourself. From our plot you can reach the beach directly.

Please be our quest in our apartment in beautiful fishermen village Kukljica, few meters from clear,blue sea. The apartment is with two bedrooms, sitting room with kitchen, seaside balcony and a toilet. The apartment has own terrace, shallow beach in front, TV, air-condition and parking place. Transportation from ferry port Preko ( opposite of Zadar ) is free of charge in our organization. Please contact us for more details in advance. Sheets and towels are included in the price. Powered with STARLINK Wi-Fi. Dieses Jahr bieten wir wieder unser großes Familienhaus auf der Insel Pašman an. Es ist ideal für größere Gruppen oder Familien, die ein Haus in einer ruhigen Lage direkt am Strand haben wollen. Das Haus bietet alles was ein klassisches Ferienhaus benötigt. Die meisten Räume sind frisch renoviert oder aufbereitet worden. Um auf die Insel zu kommen, muss man eine Fähre benutzen, die fast Stündlich zwischen 5 Uhr morgens und bis 1 Uhr in der Nacht fährt.

Apartment, first row to the sea +good for families

House placed at the first row to the sea on the island Pašman in a place called Ždrelac. The apartment is 64m2 big plus a 24m2 of a beautiful, spacious terrace with a unique view. Two bedrooms, one with a king-sized bed with a beautiful view of the sea, and the other with two separate beds perfect for younger ones. The environment is calm and quiet, with constant sounds of nature which surrounds the house. Location is also perfect for exploring nearby fun and cultural places.

Dear guests, welcome to (y)our home. This beautiful house is located in a small cove in Kukljica, Ugljan Island. Old part of the house is originally built in 1921 by my grandfather who was a sailor and was building it while at home. It was actually the first house in the cove around 100 years ago. Of course, house has been rebuilt and renovated since and there are few more houses around now, but the cove has remained very beautiful and peaceful as always.
