This is a rebuilt traditional Dalmatian stone house. It includes a communal garden with a stone grill. This apartment, located on the first floor has 32 square m internal area and an A/C unit for heating and cooling. There is one bedroom with a double bed. The sofa/bed for 2 persons is in the living room with kitchenette. The Bathroom is with shower cabin and hot/cold water. It is suited for 4 guests. The sea beach is 300 m away from the house, a mere 5-10 minutes walking distance.

Come on and relax in our peaceful house with your familly and friends. Everything you need is right there. The house is also ecofriendly with solar panels for electricity and rain water for washing purposes. We also offer to our guests very nice trips to the NP Kornati in a private boat with a skipper so you can enjoy every little thing that our town has to offer. The road to the house is little rough if you don't mind that. Hope you like my little house and enjoy your stay.

If you want to spend your vacation in the nature, in an isolated place, near the sea, yet close to all facilities, the newly renovated fisherman's house 'La Pineta' is the perfect choice for you. It is located on the island of Murter, far from the village. There is only one other house nearby, about 50 meters away, it is also for rent. The house is reachable by car with a macadam road - there is a private parking 70 meters from the house.
