Vila se ima prekrasne terase kojih najveća ima 50 m2 s roštiljem i ležaljkama i plažom koja je ispred same vile. Lokacija vile je idealna, svega par minuta udaljena od centra mjesta Tkon gdje se nalaze restorani, tržnica, konobe sa ponudom domaće hrane i vina. Villa Kovaceva is the perfect house for a dream vacation. The house is located on the southern side of the island Pasman with a wonderful view of the National Park Kornati. The value of the house is given by its exceptional position with the beach and safe port for your boat(up to 10 m). The house is a 110 square meters with two bedrooms and a bathroom on the upper floor and a bedroom,living room,kitchen and bathroom on the lower floor. There is also a private parking for several cars.

There is also pull-out armchair that has a bed for one 80×200 cm. Apartment has air conditioning and free WI-fi.Linen and towels are included. The apartment is situated on the ground floor. Smoking and pats are not allowed.
