Timberwood Tiny Home is a place to rest your head & heart in Efland, North Carolina. The peaceful retreat is down a country road approximately 10-minutes from downtown Hillsborough. The 200 square foot tiny home is on a private corner of 8-acres shared with our main house. It features Scandinavian-style details, two beds, a spacious porch, abundant natural light, a wood-fired hot tub, barrel sauna, cold plunge, and more. There are features of the home that may make it unsuitable for children.

Full of unexpected details, including an outside labyrinth, The Stable is a comfortable sanctuary for all who want to settle in and smile.

WiFi and free cable tv. 5-10 min walk to restaurants, shops, hiking paths, and weekly farmer's market. Free bus line CW picks up in front of the house making UNC and downtown Chapel Hill within mins.

Book this incredible tiny house for the perfect romantic getaway in the heart of Chapel Hill! It sits in a private forest full of wildlife but is only a 5-minute walk to Franklin Street and the UNC campus. Enjoy amazing views from the floor-to-ceiling windows of foxes and deer playing on the lawn. Lounge on the wall-to-wall hammock as you gaze at the trees through the skylights. Enjoy the privacy of two secluded wooded acres, surrounded by the sights and sounds of our farm, where we are growing fruits, veggies and mushrooms & caring for our animals and pastures.

Come enjoy this incredible cozy cabin and the privacy that it offers with mostly the sound of wind and rustling leaves! Enjoy total comfort in this smaller space for a memorable night away from home! The tiny house has a Luxury queen, gel memory foam mattress and a Lovesac sofa (converts to twin bed) because we know comfort is key! The house is located on our mini-ranch and you’ll enjoy seeing our pony Buster and our goats Goon, Snick and Flip in the nearby pastures!

Private cabin with large screened in deck & comfy sleeping loft among the trees. A vertical ladder leads to a beautiful half-story sleeping loft. There is art throughout the space. Kitchen on deck. Guests can use a beautiful outdoor shower w/ hot & cold water until temps reach freezing. Our new heated shared bathroom building includes a bidet hot & cold sink and indoor shower. Shared with another cabin on the property. There is a friendly Aussi-dog on the property.
