Escape to this 1 bedroom cottage on a private country compound 1.5 miles from Nauset Beach, 1.5 miles from downtown Orleans. This 750 sq ft two-story house provides all the amenities necessary for a couple or small family (2 adults with 2 children - 2 adults max, 4 total occupants as it is a 1 BR with no privacy barrier) including linens. ONE parking space max. Bathroom is located on first floor. No pets or 3rd party bookings. Please note: Chickens free range on property - no roosters.

Cozy Condo/Cottage on Cove, Walk to Town

Welcome! Enjoy a Fabulous 180 degree water view out our master bedroom and living room. Walk to Orleans village, art galleries, restaurants & shopping. Bike to Beaches and baseball all within a mile. One floor condo is good for couples, solo adventurers, small families. One full bath with shower and one half bath, plus an outdoor shower. Master BR has Queen bed. Second BR has a queen bed with a twin pull out. We have tiny ants in the kitchen. We set ant traps and a mint plant by the sink.

The cottage is very clean, cute and comfortable and has every thing you might need. Situated in a quiet, friendly little neighborhood, right next to the famous Cottage Street Bakery, yet you would never know you are so close to town! It is centrally located within walking distance to restaurants, shops and bike path, with the Ice Cream Cafe right down the street on the corner. 3 miles to all beaches. Access to the Cove including kayak rental is just down the street. Perfect location!

The Sea Captain's Carriage House

The 1840s Carriage House has been beautifully remodeled. The first floor has a living room, dining area, kitchen, and powder room with washer/dryer. The backyard deck has seating for four and a Weber gas grill. Upstairs, the large, elegant bedroom features a king-sized bed, sitting area, reading nook/twin bed, writing desk, and ensuite bathroom with shower. The half acre property offers beautiful gardens for you to enjoy and a delicious outdoor shower.

Our Cottage sits directly on White Pond tucked away on acres of private property. Our cottage offers a private beach, deck, outdoor shower, outdoor dining area all while enjoying Cape Cod. White Pond is ideal for swimming, boating and fishing. The bike path and well known beaches are less than 2 miles and near to many delicious restaurants. There is another cottage on this property that sleeps four if you have other guest wanting to join

Escape to this charming cabin just 1 mile from Skaket Beach! Perfect for families and groups, the home sleeps 8 with 3 bedrooms featuring 2 queen beds, 2 twins, and a twin bunk bed. Enjoy two separate living areas, central AC, a fun game room, and an outdoor patio and a playground for the kids. After a day at the beach, relax in comfort with plenty of space to gather. Ample parking accommodates 4–5 vehicles and an outdoor shower.

This one bedroom unit is centrally-located at the entrance to East Orleans, with a ten minute walk to downtown's restaurants and shops and a five minute drive to Nauset Beach. This home was built by Thomas A. Hopkins and the recent renovation has preserved much of the beautiful, interior architecture. The property features private parking, a well-equipped kitchen, and shared outdoor space.
