This ferrocement boat Later Gator was made in Sweden in 1973. That’s right! It’s made of concrete! The boat circumnavigated the globe twice before eventually ending up here in sunny Sanford FL. We spent 2 years completely renovating everything and tried to leave as much of the boat’s original personality intact while adding modern amenities. Restaurant/bar, pool, laundry facilities, showers and restrooms, diner, and marina store all on site, and downtown historic Sanford and river walk close by.

The beautiful white sandy beach is only a 3 minute walk out of the front door, & a 3 minute walk to our serene intracoastal out of the back door. Enjoy them both for a spectacular sunrise or sunset. The condo is also conveniently located close to historic downtown St. Augustine, it's only a 15 minute drive. St Augustine is full of history, great restaurants, shops, & nightlife.

Mira Bella North

Tiny Home (1 of 2 guest houses) on a private 13 acres in a small equestrian town. Away from the main house, so it is private, but not isolated. Ideal for 2 guests, but there is a pull-out sofa which could be comfortable for one more adult or a couple younger kids. (Some have mentioned it is not so comfy for grown-ups.) Not suitable for 4-legged travelers. (If dates you want are unavailable, search for Mira Bella South) I've included MANY photos so you can see exactly what the space is like :)

Note that this is a very small space if you are used to a full size home.

This private fully fenced house is located in a quiet neighborhood that explodes with visitors during Daytona bike week with multiple concerts 🌱
