Near by is fabulous shopping, dining, and entertainment. The Studio faces the ocean. This is a direct ocean front studio. Indoor & outdoor north pool are currently open. Sauna and gym are open. We have beach access to the north side of the building via the public access ramp. Temp parking is next door, south side behind white fence.

There is some daytime car driving on the beach, but it is regulated and not a problem.
