Along with docks you can fish from with fish cleaning stations for your convenience. We have parking for your trailer, a boat ramp at the complex and the Public Beach Launch ramp is very close by. We have a 12'x30' boat slip that can be reserved as well. Beach towels are provided, so is Charmin toilet paper!!

You will have incredible views and steps away from the Picnic area and dock. This is a lower unit-steps and/or our boat ramp are available to get to the unit. It offers a rear parking spot if you are comfortable driving on the boat ramp. We are close to Ha Ha Tonka State Park, Kinderhook and Lake Valley Golf courses, Ball Park Nationals, and the Amphitheater.

It is located close to many bars/restaurants/pools by land and water. There are several boat and pwc rental companies very close to condo if you don't have your own with you. The property has 2 pools and a sand beach area for you to relax and enjoy. There is a nice deck with a gas grill overlooking the main channel with a fantastic view.
