(A shower house is available on the property. ) There is a fenced horse corral and a gazebo with a fire pit and chairs. Within walking distance from the famous MaDeeter's bar and grill, the Luzerne Express and the Meadows Trailhead for Atv's, Dirt bikes, side by sides, snowmobiles, and just miles from Amish country, and the Ausable River. Pets are allowed for an additional $100 cleaning.

Step above rustic camping. It is a tiny cabin 165 ft.² private out house that is insulated with electricity and a small heater Propane wall furnace. Sleeps two in the twin bunk beds.
