GODA. Island Hideaway on Svartsö

Fish and bathe in the lake, heat up in the sauna, do yoga and long table dinners in the orangery and sleep under the stars in the cabin. Named GODA ('good'), this is a wonderful place to get back to nature. GODA is a twist on “good” (gott in Swedish/god in Danish); an island hide-out for curious young souls like yourself demanding goodness for nature, self and others. We build GODA in 2016-2018 and she continues to grow and evolve as you will see if you visit her. GODA comfortably hosts 7 people in beds (plus 2 kids beds and 2 baby beds) in the main house and 6 people in Mini GODA. Our latest newcomer with own kitchen, bathroom and space. So a total of 13 adults and 4 kids can enjoy the space collectively, then using madrases on the floor, in the Orangerie or on the benches in the relax room in the sauna to accommodate additional people. The rent is primarily for the main cabin and if a larger group than 7, also for Mini GODA. If you want to access the sauna, orangeri and hot tub, please let us know in advance and we can arrange that, however, the hot tub should be used for stays longer than 4 nights and depends the water level in the lake. The sauna might be rented out by the island hotel during your stay, unless you specifically would like the privacy. In that case, please let us know. The only immediate neighbors are the fascinating fauna that can be discovered all around. There's easy access from the mainland, with boats running all year long. The best access point is on the north side of the island. There are only about 10 cars on the island, all with special permission, so please park your car on one of the main island access points, e.g. Vaxholm (for best access to the house via the north side), Åsättra (Ljusterö) brygga or Boda. You can rent bikes to get around from the grocery store or the hotel (the hotel is only 300m walk from the ground) Easy access from the main land with boats running all year around. The best access is on the North side of the island. Unikt skärgårdsställe på stor sjötomt med två hus i ogenerat läge i genuin skärgårdsmiljö. 15 min gångväg till brygga med Waxholmsbåt. Fridfull idyll på landet. Stugan ligger centralt på gården, insynsskyddat och ostört. Uteplats med grill, sjöutsikt, kvällssol. På baksidan av stugan utemöbler med morgonsol. Tillgång till roddbåt och fiske i sjön 200 m avstånd. Liten badplats med brygga vid sjön. Bär och svampplockning runt knuten. Trevlig vedspis i köket. Nybyggt badrum runt husknuten med torrtoalett och dusch. Bilparkering 4G täckning Ca 50 min Stockholm, 60 min Arlanda med bil. Närmaste lokala busshållplats (SL) ca 6 km.

Large seafront property facing south on Värmdö (35 min from Stockholm) with panoramic sea views and a shoreline of about 100 m. There are two houses, a main building (190 sqm) and guest house (40 sqm), both of which are located 30 meters from the water, where the own jetty is located. There you can sit in a hanging chair on one of the terraces and enjoy the incomparably beautiful view. This is an optimum place for families, friends or company meetings in the best area of Stockholm archipelago.

Cosy little house on large property only 300m from a small sandy beach and 30 min drive into central Stockholm. You can partly see the sea from the house and as we are situated by the waterway into Stockholm you can see the ferries going by. Completely renovated in 2012 with new kitchen and bathroom and all-year-round isolation and heating. Continuously updated and partly new furniture in 2022. Max 4 pers + baby. We only rent Sunday - Sunday during peak season. Min 4 nights during low season.

Underbart boende på Resarö, Vaxholm i egen nyrenoverad sjöstuga med havet endast några få meter bort. Sjöstugan är mycket vackert belägen på en stor solig fastighet med egen strand och panoramautsikt över havet. Följ solen hela dagen från den tidiga uppgången i öster tills den vackra solnedgången i väster. Känn havets doft och hör vågornas brus under hela er vistelse och i bakgrunden det vackra ljudet av fågellivet - som balsam för själen. Slappna av i detta unika och lugna boende.

Här kan du bo i ett hus direkt vid havskanten i Stockholms skärgård. Endast 30 minuter med bil från Stockholms innerstad. Huset består av ett sovrum med havsutsikt åt två håll, sov med fönstret öppet och hör vågorna. Sällskapsrum med fullt utrustat kök, soffa och fåtöljer. Uteplats åt två håll med både morgon och kvällssol. Det finns en liten stenstrand i direkt anslutning till huset, 20 meter från huset finns också en vedeldad bastu att låna. Badbrygga finns 100 meter från huset.

På de ca 12 kvm finns en fullt utrustad kokvrå med diskho, kylskåp, varmvatten och matplats för två. I sovrummet finns en enkelsäng som kan dras ut till 160 cm. Ett modernt duschrum finns i ladan och delas med det andra gästhuset. Varje gästhus har eget torrdass.
