Located only 2 minutes walk from Overstrand’s sandy beaches, local pub, cliff top cafe & village store. Our 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, coastal home offers a private walled garden, outdoor decking & dining area, cosy open fire sitting room & generous amounts of handy on street parking. An easy 5 minute drive to Cromer, or a beautifully scenic, leisurely 40 minute cliff top walk. 10 minutes drive to the much celebrated Gunton Arms or Suffield Arms. Stunning property for couples & families alike.

The Clockhouse

The Clockhouse, built in 1904, is a beautifully situated cosy retreat in the lovely village of Overstrand. The village boasts a good pub, a thriving Arts Centre and hundreds of yards of golden sand which is one of the best beaches in East Anglia. The cottage is good for couples, families (with kids), and big groups. The cheap nightly price is because we have not finished rendering the outside of the cottage and we do not have a washing machine yet. Only 500 yards to the beach! Towels & Linen Inc

Relax with the family in our peaceful Victorian cottage. 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom. Separate snug with X box and DVDs. Comfortable lounge, Netflix, Prime, WiFi. Great dining room seats 6+ room for plenty of board games. King size main bedroom and twins in second. High walled English courtyard garden +VERY dog secure. Outside dining furniture , bbq. Beach chairs and equipment available. Just 2 min stroll to amazing sandy beach. Pubs, shop all close by. Cromer 5 mins drive or walk the coastal path .

The Good Shepherd Hut near beach and country walks

The Good Shepherd, located in the seaside village of Overstrand is just a 3 minute walk to the beach and 1 mile from the Victorian fishing town of Cromer. The Shepherds Hut is situated on a secluded plot at the side of our property, overlooking flower beds and exotic shrubs. The hut contains a comfortable double bed, log burner and mini fridge. Outside is a separate heated shower-room, small private lawn with a fire pit. Ideal for a peaceful retreat, perfect for couples and lone adventurers.

The Beach House, a charming coastal retreat

Discover the Beach House, a coastal dormer bungalow in Overstrand, offering an ideal seaside escape. This lovely property offers generous living areas, three bedrooms, a well-equipped kitchen and plenty of outdoor space. There are two patios, a garden, a barbecue and private parking. The sea and beaches, among Norfolk's finest, are at the end of the road along with the Cliff Top Cafe and the Crab Shack for fresh seafood; at the top of the road is the White Horse pub and Overstrand Stores.

Idyllic sea-side retreat!

This is a perfect getaway for a relaxing break. Located in a traditional seaside town, this top floor flat boasts a sea-view, and is situated on one of the oldest streets in Cromer. It is a short walk to the pier and all local amenities. The flat sleeps 2 people comfortably. We are dog friendly and welcome one large or two smaller dogs. Other things to note The flat is on the top floor, (one flight of steep stairs) so guests need to be able to climb steep stairs to access the flat.

Only a 5 minute stroll from the beach is this newly refurbished, cosy, self contained annex with garden. Two miles from the stunning coastal town of Cromer and a short drive to the Norfolk Broads is this modern space featuring an open plan lounge with pull out sofa bed, kitchen, double bedroom with patio doors leading out into the garden and an en suite shower room. With plenty of circular walks and excellent local pubs, this is a true North Norfolk holiday gem.

Beachcomber, a charming seaside cottage.

An "oversized beach hut", located just four minutes' walk from the beach. Quiet and peaceful, this detached cottage with most rooms on the ground floor has plenty of space, inside and out, with the double-height living room leading onto a spacious deck with stunning sea views, and then onto a large lawned garden. Easy access to all amenities, including local shops, pub, and cafe all within 5 minutes walk.

Light, airy and spacious, our studio apartment is set within a wonderful, semi-wooded garden and located in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. With level access, it is suitable for wheelchair users, although the drive is gravel. With the cliff top, woods and access to the beach at the end of the road, and the town centre just a 10-minute walk away, it is ideally located for all Cromer has to offer.

A five-minute walk from Overstrand beach, our two-bedroom cottage is the perfect place to stay for families, couples, or a small group of friends looking to make the most of the North Norfolk coast. Whilst you can be parked up in Cromer town centre within 10 minutes, the location and large gardens allow for a peaceful and relaxing break away from all of the usual holidaymaker hustle and bustle.

The cottage is spacious throughout with 2 bedrooms, 2 lounges, kitchen and a separate dining room. The property has a dog friendly private patio at back and area at front for dogs Superfast broadband is provided. Please note this property does not have a hot tub.
