Mornings, enjoy your coffee and the colorful show over the mountain in front of the bay window. Nights are quiet here. Dark enough to make a campfire, see the stars, and sleep peacefully. Quiet enough to hear the resident hoot owls and coyotes. And if you get hungry or restless, the 1-44 exit is 6 minutes away, with shopping and eateries galore. Come to the woods!

A few houses from Midtown’s pickle ball courts, you’ll find the Ivy Cottage. Charm and character are the highlight of this adorable property. The oversized sectional is the perfect place to cozy up and watch your favorite show on the Smart TV. Or serve dinner in the dining room with French doors that open to the patio. In the back you’ll find a hot tub, smart TV, couch, dart board, wine fridge, cornhole, etc. Plush beds await when you’re ready to call it a night. *Fireplace is not working.

You will also have access to an attached single-car garage where there is also a washer and dryer available for your use. The pool is left open year round. Whether you need a place to get away and relax or place to call home while you're traveling for work, this is your place!
